Question by Coltens Mama: Is this diaper bag 2 girly 2 be carrying around with a baby boy?
I'm 25 weeks pregnant, I love this diaper bag, I'm having a baby boy, most of it is navy blue but do you think the pink straps make it 2 girly? Do you think I need to find a diaper bag that has no pink at all?

The diaper bag is for you not the baby! I don't think its matter what colour or pattern it is.

  Since it is mostly blue I don't think it would be too girly it's very cute! Contrats on the baby boy I am expecting my third boy in October!

  I love it. No matter what people will call your boy a she a time or two. Some people aren't even that observant. You are the one carrying it. Most people won't notice it's a diaper bag and just think it's a purse. If you like it go ahead and purchase it.

  First, the diaper bag is adorable! What you have to realize...the diaper bag is not about the gender of the baby, it is about you! It is like any other accessory you would carry around. Definitely choose a diaper bag like you would choose a purse. Make sure it meets all your needs and makes you feel good about yourself! Congrats on the new baby!

  OMG! It's too cute! thanks i still needed a diaper bag and I think I just found the perfect 1... Like the 1st girl said it's for you not the baby. So it really doenst matter. Unless you wanted to get his name embroydered on it.

  Well I showed the diaper bag to my hubby lol and he said its a perfect combo if you like it. as the straps represent mommy and the blue part represents baby. thats coming from a man's perspective lol. I feel the same what it really doesn't matter to the baby what his or her diaper bag looks like, its simply a fashion accessory for mommy.

  No way is it to girly. Your still a woman who wants to show your feminine side even though you have a baby boy. One thing I would suggest, is make sure that this is a practical bag for your everyday use. I had a messenger diaper bag in the beginning and my husband had a simple diaper Dude bag, that has worked wonders for him (men seem to always pack light!) Well my daughter is 15 months old now and I have outgrown the orignal bag and have since purchased a new bag. I just wished I had thhought out how I wanted a bag to flow before purchasing the first one. That way I would be getting my monies worth.

  It looks more like a purse so I don't think anyone would really care and anyways, what is a baby going to do with a diaper bag? The diaper bag is more for you to keep your child's stuff in anyway so you cal choose the design.

  oh trust me that bag will become your catch all! think of it as a really big purse.. because your wallet and keys will end up there and the purse you have now will end up in the closet! :) so pick what you like not what is gender appropriate for your baby! :) you have to carry it, it might as well be fun for you!

  well since you're the one carrying it, its probably not too girly for a boy. BUT, I would try getting something that matches your stroller, whatever color that may be. Thats probably more important.
