wipes, a change of clothes, another shirt for you (u will get dirty too), snacks.
- Kristy says:
A few diapers, travel baby wipes and diaper rash cream (they make small tubs) are the essentials.
In my diaper bag, I also have a stain sick (travel size, highly recommend it), few grocery-store bags (for those really messy diapers), extra bib and burp cloth and a changing pad.
I also pack a extra undershirt and an alfit, blanket, sippy cup & snacks (my daughter is older now), but I pack those before I leave. If the baby is younger, bottles, water and formula.

It depends on the childs age, but here's an idea:
baby wipes
diaper rash ointment
bottles
formula
baby food
spoon
extra changes of clothes
blanket
pacifier
sippy cup
plastic bag (walmart bag)
snacks
bib
That's just an idea, but it should be about all you need.
- Jackie R says:
toys, bottles-food, wipes, ointment, extra clothes, dipar pad ( to change the baby on)
- anthony_and_tracy says:
that depends on how long the bag has to last?
and how old it is?
short list
diapers
Wipes
Extra Clothes
changing mat ( if small baby )
food/drink (milk) never run out of drink !
spare pacifier if it needs it only
long list
look at what others have said and remember some spare clothes for your self, because they can & will be sick on you as well :o)

wipes, extra clothes, snacks and drinks for baby,a few toys, diaper rash cream, a small foldable changing mat, diaper bags (some changing places require you to use them)... that's it.
