We went camping at Garner State Park in Texas for 3 days and took cloth diapers. Using cloth while you travel is easy, even if you can't wash them. Of course you'll need plenty of cloth diapers if you aren't going to wash. I took WAY too many with us but better safe than sorry! I store dirty cloth diapers in my Leslie's Boutique wet bag.
